The concept of smart cities refers to a city that uses information and communication technologies and natural resources in an energy-efficient and responsible way. Each individual bulb is self-adjustable, but the client is able to operate both at the level of the individual lamp and at the level of all lamps in a particular street, neighbourhood, settlement, etc.
